CS stands for Customer service.. in kuwait we have customer service issues.. great services.. great providers.. great owners.. yet their staff not so great.. it might harm businesses pretty bad.. for instance we have the best ass Kicking medical services in kuwait.. nurses not so much.. we have the best eligible doctors.. well head of units only.. which you get to be seen by them with a wasta.. they under staff.. na 2a..
remember my viva incident.. i mean come on.. VIVA has the best business concept.. low prices not so much in terms of service quality, but you might let it go coz you are getting what you are paid for.. yet most of their cusotmer service agents and supervisors are bunch of “..”… i rather stop posting about them.. i already said enough.. check out my blog for the full story

thursday the third of nov 2011.. i booked an appointment with dietitian ”a…” through a sales agent named “mo……” well if you asked me why i choose lofat.. the only reason because they are the only one who answered my sales inquiry.. i emailed.. diet center.. diet care.. calories kw.. i so wanted to get calorieskw.com they had the best offers no one answered.. their loss.. i had a bad experience with LOFAT, i called asking about their last order in shaab branch they told me midnight i reached their exactly 11:39 and the egyptitian worker waved we are closing.. so i tweet an angry tweet to their twitter account and they answered.. so i was hmmm lemme give them another chance.. so i sent a sales inquiry.. a not so well trained sales agent “Mo..” answered and took my details which he figured out that he already got them so i let it go.. i could tell he is new.. what am i and HR agent.. let it be ya mama..
hehehe still didn’t say what happened on the third.. which why i love yapping here.. any how.. i called for directions few hours before my appointment and they were absolutely wrong.. he said amlak 1 building.. i was i know amlak building not sure about the number so i was roaming in bnaid algar from 17:55 to 18:17 looking for amlak one.. one might think call LOFAT.. i did and no one picked up.. i was on hold all the time.. then i thought.. let me call my lawyer friend who has an office there.. she said lofat are on top of us.. sweeeet.. so its the same amlak building.. let me just go there bser3a.. so i walked in 20 mins late.. with one client waiting and disoriented receptionist who got only papers and the biggest question mark on his face.. i told him i have an appointment at 6 he was like okay.. verified my name and my appointment.. plleeez seer haaaave a seeeet.. few minutes later he brought me some papers to sign and applications to fill.. too bad i didnt take a copy of it.. i usually do.. then i asked him how long does the dietitian take i have an important meeting at 7 in salmiya.. he was so kind to rush me in the dietitian’s office.. with exactly 6 to 11 minutes of interview.. she took a snap look at my blood wrok.. i told her im diabetic she didnt even comment on my 11.2 hba1c.. she only thought comment on my lipid profile.. i was like ok.. she knew im in a hurry maybe in the follow up tings will be better.. actually i didnt know there is a follow up i was like .. cool.. better than my own gov. clinic dietitian.. so i was like are all food are fresh.. she was like yes yes.. juices fruits salads.. all are fresh.. am i gonna have packed juiced walla fresh.. sir its all fresh.. COOOOL
now back to the disoriented guy.. seer awar deliary timing to yooor arya is at nayen in za morning.. dude why are you telling me that after i paid.. thats totally bad.. your whole system is not working out for me.. i need my breakfast at 6 am.. fine i need my money back.. but weeeeyt i can kool za driver to fix somsing sebeshyal for you.. why didnt you tell me about this before i sign up.. no answer.. fine ask your driver.. he called the driver and i heard his thick indian accent.. NNNOooooooooo ollyy 9 morning ha.. i was like what about late at night.. he said okay 7 pm i was like fine.. few hours for precooked food is fine.. it clicked in my mind since the diatitian said its all fresh and they are sending all meal at once.. i was like it gotta be pre cooked meals.. not cooked and needs reheating.. which will ruin the whole freshness point.. the latest meal i have ever had was lunch left overs.. on an early dinner.. i cant take the idea that im actually paying for a day old food.. we got more maids than us in our home.. im not bragging i know its wrong yet why shall i pay for something that i can do better at home..
so on the 8th of november as promised by morsi.. imma call him morsi.. wanni dey befoor i will start sendingza food.. mashy ya m3allim.. i left home around 2 pm.. and i was like damn i forgot to give the maid the 2 weeks meal schedule for the driver when they bring it in.. so i went back home at 5 preparing the papers and BOOM.. there was my first BOX.. WTF.. morsi said 7 its almost 5.. let me check the food i’d shut up if it was pre cooked.. aaaaaand it wasnt.. packed juice.. cooked eggs.. they needs to be reheated.. the next morning ILAHY Y7RE2AK YA 3ABBAS ILNITIN!.. who the hell is 3abbas?.. irrelevant..

so i was like tomorrow im giving them a call.. i woke up at 10am the next morning the 9th of november.. brushed my teeth and BOOM there was another box at my door’s step.. WTH.. so i called and called aaaaand called no use.. did my workout.. actually they gave me the boost to run 10.1KM under one hour.. i was so damn pissed.. they called back.. ya ragil they have CLI.. ok fine.. hi this is your diatitian “a..” you called us.. “la ya sheeekha”.. only she wasnt egyptian and i was this close of saying that.. and i told her the situation.. she was like i didnt say fresh juices!!!… was i dreaming when i came.. or was it the hot singer in my headphones who said it.. i was like what ever i need to cancel my order.. then all of a sudden without an apology.. do you want me to put on the phone a CS agent.. i was like.. no honey im coming.. whats your timing.. they stay till 8 pm.. tha.. 6oo6 6oo6 6oo6.. i hung up got dressed and drove easily (coz its mom’s car).. to amlak one.. the moment i parked i got a call from a CS agent or as i thought “s…” i was like i’ll tell you when i get up stairs.. 7ayyak allah..
then i noticed the CS agent was a receptionist.. let it go at least she understood what you said.. you didnt have to repeat your self in arabic.. and the lady with the alb coat sitting next to her.. ears dropping.. had to involve her in.. she was smiling when i caught her listening.. hehehe BUSTED.. ilmohim.. again i asked them to lower the music it was too loud.. i bet they never heard the Dhuhur prayer.. by the time i got into the elevator.. it was dhuhur athan time.. well kaifhom but i need to speak to the receptionist without yelling specially when im an angry client who needs his money back.. so i was wearing my asshole smile.. demanding.. not asking stuff.. very calmly very gently.. but from my face expression you can tell how furious im.. though i was smiling.. i demanded not asked to see “s….” the moment she said we dont have refun.. inzain khul tgool no refunds ba3dain ask for the manager.. didnt ask i demanded it.. so i was gently seated and well attained.. and then
i met the understanding operation manager.. whom i knew she was the operation manager after i suggested to email her my blood work.. she just said her name.. as if its gonna make a difference what her position is.. hmm i guess it would.. so i would address her probably i wouldnt have shared my bio information with her.. any how she asked the right questions.. detailed.. reminded me of @thelovegurua.. i was like ba3ad chabdee YAZ.. so i was like she might be the head dietitian or something.. very experienced.. high command of listening and understanding client needs.. as if she owns the place.. i knew the owners were someone from al eisa family.. i actually caught his name on the way out.. as if there is only “a.. aleissa” in kuwait.. mashalla they are alot.. ilmohim.. the operation manager was so understanding.. and she asked me very gently for a second chance i demanded saying no you guys scerwed me up in the first day why should i give you a chance.. she understood the whole situwation.. morsi 3adany bil spelling.. asked me.. specific detailed about my bio status.. and why im doing the program.. asked about medication.. and almost about everything.. she was well experienced.. i thought she was an MD.. noticed there was no lab coats.. no stamps.. so i was like may be an RD.. ma 3alaina.. i was so shocked when i knew she was the Ops Manager.. so she promised with an updated menu.. different sugar doses.. better delivery timings.. i was fine lets wait and see..
while i was writing this post i got my first new box as i returned the old boxes.. sorry didnt find street workers to give.. as i was asked by manager.. so i just gave them back to the drivers they’ll know what to do..
so shall we go sroo za boz togezer eh why not.. sorry morsi i got nothing personally against you i hate.. no i detest egyptians and Palestinians.. check out my blog for reasons why..

well i gotta say the box outters are cold.. i think it was driven here in cooled car.. cool.. too many cool in one line.. khalas 3ayal sweeet

the list is updated as promised by the manager cool.. 2 doses of fruits instead of desserts.. all brown bread.. no legumes.. only i have issues with the rice i gotta update my choices.. but to think about it.. i need the rice from time to time.. 3ashan i dont miss it hehehe..

thats my breakfast.. halloume sandwich hmmmm.. i hope low fat or skimmed halloume since i have a lipid profile to be ashamed of hehehe.. the yoghurt let me check it out for preservants and glucose. .well its low fat.. moderate carbs 18 grams per 100 and its 140 so total of 25.2 grams.. my dietitian suggested 20 to 30 grams per day or per meal cant remember.. i should ask @dalal_alnukh about the 25 grams per meal or per day hmmm.. the fruite salad is my mid day snack.. i wish if they labeled them as snack / meal.. the sandwich says snack.. is it??

when it comes to rice.. im indian.. that much i love rice.. bs rice 3n rice.. yfreg.. miss grandma’s qurma sabze.. ydeeda abee shabzee!!.. diary salad is my favorite.. lakkaaaaan.. i remember grandma used to feed us yoghurt.. cucumbers.. and vinegar hehehe.. no wonder im short kaaaak.. there is an urban legend that vinegar makes shorter.. hate you mama ra7eema hehehe

the lunch.. i can see a lot of chees in my salad.. i love cheese but is it good for my yfashil Lipid profile.. hmmmm

thats folks.. 2200+ review and first day pack.. well for me.. the ratings are 3 stars.. i’ll tell you why.. if i got to meet a dietitian who asked the exact details as the operation manager did.. and if they picked up the phone.. none of this fuss would have happened.. if i were them.. well thats what i do in my day job.. if a client showed up late weather its our fault or his fault.. i ask them hope they drived safe getting to permises.. and then explaining the exact timeline.. expected time line give or take 5 mins.. and never compromise that time frame.. applicants / clients / who ever.. has to fit in our time frames to ensure service quality.. it was LOFAT mistake i wasnt there on time.. due to bad directions.. and not answering the damn phone.. i was rushed into a dietitian of which you pay 15 kd if you refused to do business with.. and im telling you that dietitian session.. i had free sessions better than that.. allah y3afee mt friends the @thelovegurua and @dalal_alnukh.. i cant bother them kilsa3.. you know what its 2.5 stars not even three.. yes i hated the dietitian that much.. the 2.5 stars goes to the receptionist and the operation manager..
i wish that all businesses are like taw9eel and sheeel AWESOME AWESOME AWESOM customer service.. if they signed up for service hero they’d knock all prizes dead..
i have a dream were you walk into a local business without seeing a manager for a problem.. where 1 dollar contracts are treated as 1000000 $ contracts.. thats the essence of customer service.. at my day post.. we treat everyone exactly the same we treat our VIP applicants.. it made the VIPs jealous hehehe.. i dont want no special treatment.. treat me well.. honda never understood that.. everytime i service yaryora lazim i meet and great with grage manager.. laaaish.. why cant i have the same service level from the other guys.. hufffff.. any how
